    Yes. Our shampoo bars are crafted to match the natural pH of your scalp (around 5.5), reducing irritation caused by harsh alkaline shampoos.

  • What ingredients are used in your products?

    We use organic, fair-trade ingredients sourced primarily from Europe. Our main surfactant, sodium cocoyl isethionate (SCI), is coconut-derived, biodegradable, and gentle on hair compared to sodium lauryl sulfate. Our formulas are free from harmful chemicals and cruelty-free.

  • Are your shampoo bars soap-free?

    Yes. We offer syndet (synthetic detergent) bars, which are pH-balanced (5.5), gentle on the scalp, and recommended by dermatologists over traditional alkaline soaps.

  • How do I use a shampoo bar?

    Wet your hair and the shampoo bar. Rub the bar between your hands to create a lather, then apply it to your hair. You can also rub the bar directly on wet hair. Follow with a conditioner bar for best results.

  • Can shampoo bars replace liquid shampoos?

    Yes, a single shampoo bar can often last as long as two standard liquid shampoo bottles if stored properly in a dry place after use.

  • Why does my hair feel sticky after using some shampoo bars?

    Sticky hair occurs when a shampoo bar lacks proper detangling agents to balance your hair’s natural charge. Our detangling shampoo bars prevent this and leave hair smooth and manageable.

  • How can I check the pH of a shampoo bar before buying it?

    It can be difficult to verify the pH of a shampoo bar if it’s not listed on the packaging. At PURC Organics, all our shampoo bars are carefully formulated to match the natural pH of hair and scalp (around 5.5), ensuring a gentle and effective cleanse.

    Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please note these estimates do not include our standard 2–5 business day order processing time.

    • Mexico, Central & South America: 20–45 business days
    • Middle East: 45–60 business days

  • What shipping methods do you use?

    PURC Organics ships orders from multiple warehouses depending on your location:

    • From our China warehouse: Packages are shipped via ePacket or EMS, depending on size and weight.

    • From our US warehouse: Packages are shipped via USPS.
  • Do I need to pay customs or duties?

    International shipments may incur customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. PURC Organics is not responsible for these charges.

    Free local returns are available in the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, France, Spain, Germany, Russia, South Korea, UAE, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Brazil, and Israel. For other countries, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In such cases, a store coupon of up to $15 may be issued to use on future purchases.
