Welcome to the PURC Affiliate Program! Promote our organic haircare products, earn commissions, and review our Partner Terms of Service (TOS) to understand your responsibilities and benefits.

We provide a clear, transparent framework to support affiliates while maintaining ethical marketing standards.

Affiliate Application Approval

  • We review all affiliate applications carefully to maintain the integrity of our program.

    • Approval or Rejection: PURC reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
    • No Legal Recourse: Applicants have no legal recourse if an application is rejected.

Commission Structure

  • Earn rewards for promoting PURC products with our clear and fair commission guidelines:

    • Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly.
    • Minimum Referral Period: Referred accounts must remain active for 37 days to qualify for a commission.
    • Self-Referrals: Affiliates cannot refer themselves.
    • Single Commission Rule: One commission per referral; multiple accounts from the same referral generate only one commission.
    • Refunds and Chargebacks: Commissions are only paid on completed transactions. Refunds or chargebacks are not eligible for payout.

Termination of Affiliate Accounts

  • PURC may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for violations, including:

    • Misleading advertisements or false claims.
    • Spamming or unsolicited promotional activities.
    • Promoting illegal activities or inappropriate content.
    • Failure to disclose affiliate relationships as required by FTC guidelines.
    • Violating intellectual property rights; trademarks may require licensing agreements.
    • Offering unauthorized rebates or kickbacks from affiliate commissions.
    • Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or suspicious activity.
    • Any other actions deemed harmful to the program or PURC’s brand.

    Note: PURC may terminate accounts at any time, for any reason, or without cause.

Affiliate Links and Promotional Guidelines

  • Affiliates may promote PURC products via:

    • Graphic and text links on websites and emails.
    • Online or offline ads, magazines, and newspapers.

  • Important Rules:

    • Use PURC-provided graphics or create custom links that comply with program conditions.
    • All promotions must be appropriate and align with our brand standards.

Coupons and Deal Sites

  • Affiliates must follow strict rules when promoting deals or coupons:

    • Only pre-approved coupons may be shared.
    • Misleading text or promotions are strictly prohibited.
    • Affiliate links must clearly show the user the coupon or deal before activating cookies.
    • “Click for coupon” or similar prompts are not allowed if no deal exists.

    Violations may result in immediate removal from the program.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Policy

PPC advertising on keywords related to PURC is not allowed without prior written approval.

Liability

  • PURC is not liable for:

    • Indirect or accidental damages, such as lost revenue or commissions.
    • Errors in tracking, database failures, or interruptions in program operations.
    • Express or implied warranties regarding program performance or product sales.

Term of Agreement

  • Duration and Updates to Your Affiliate Partnership

    • This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the program and continues until account termination.
    • PURC may modify terms at any time; continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.

Indemnification

  • Affiliate Responsibility and Legal Protection

    • Negligence, misrepresentation, or failure to disclose affiliate status.
    • Intentional misconduct related to the program.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • Legal Authority and Dispute Resolution

    • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida.
    • Disputes are adjudicated exclusively in Palm Beach County, Florida.
    • The prevailing party in litigation is entitled to recover legal fees.

Electronic Acceptance

  • Agreeing to the Program Electronically

    • By completing the affiliate registration process, you agree to this Agreement electronically.
    • Your electronic signature has the same legal force as a handwritten signature.
